1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing leadflowgmb.com or purchasing any product or service from LeadFlowGMB, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. LeadFlowGMB is a brand operated by View16 Inc., a company registered in the State of Florida, United States. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Products and Services

LeadFlowGMB offers the following products and services to home service business owners:

• Digital guides and playbooks (delivered electronically)
• Google Business Profile audit services
• Google Business Profile video review services
• Google Business Profile management services (ongoing monthly)

3. Payment

All prices are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable charge to your payment method. For recurring management services, you authorize ongoing charges at the agreed rate until cancellation.

4. Refund Policy for Digital Products

All sales of digital products (guides, playbooks, and downloadable materials) are final. Due to the instant delivery nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered.

If you did not receive your product after a completed purchase, please contact us at tom@view16.com within 7 days and we will resolve the issue promptly.

5. Cancellation Policy for Services

For ongoing Google Business Profile management services, you may cancel at any time by providing 30 days written notice to tom@view16.com. No refunds are issued for services already rendered. Your service will continue through the end of the current billing period following your cancellation notice.

For one-time services such as audits and video reviews, cancellations must be requested before work has begun. Once work is in progress, no refund is available.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Our products and services are designed to help improve your Google Business Profile performance and local search visibility. However, we make no guarantee of specific results, rankings, leads, or revenue. Results vary based on your market, competition, industry, location, and the effort you put into implementing our guidance. Any examples or case studies shared on our website are illustrative and not a promise of what you will achieve.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, guides, playbooks, and other products sold or provided through LeadFlowGMB are the intellectual property of View16 Inc. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own business purposes. You may not reproduce, resell, share, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without prior written permission from View16 Inc.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, View16 Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.

9. Disclaimer

Our products and services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
